All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 business day of receipt of payment – shipping time is an additional 1-3 business days (in most instances) from dispatch date.

Please note: Express Shipping Orders will be dispatched same day if your order is placed BEFORE 12pm AEDT/AEST. For orders after 12pm, they will be dispatched the following business day.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Due to our commitment to ship items on the same day of purchase (within 1 business day at most), there is a small window from the time of purchase in which you have the opportunity to contact Dee’s Teas at orders@deesteas.com.au if there is an error in your shipping address. However, due the fast processing times of our online warehouse this is not guaranteed.

Incorrect shipping address information at checkout may result in a return to sender scenario. Any orders that are returned to us as a result of an incorrect address will incur a $20 ‘return to sender fee’ + the cost of then re-shipping the items back to your correct address. This will be arranged via email. Once the return to sender fee and cost of shipping is paid, we will re-send the items again to the corrected address, and a new tracking number will be provided.

We do not accept any liability for incorrect addresses, but we will always try to accommodate amends where we can. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you check your delivery address carefully before committing to your purchase.
