About De-Stress Tea
Running on coffee bumps up your stress hormones, even without a "stress".
This means coffee lovers could be getting themselves stuck in their fight or flight- the body's stress response.
The blend found in De-Stress Tea has the sole purpose of initiating your rest and digest response.
I personally refer to this as the "recovery" response as this is where all the healing and cellular repair takes place from all the inflammation that occurs throughout the day.
Having a nightly cup of De-Stress Tea not only is the perfect way to wind down and drift to sleep quickly, it can also help to facilitate this inflammatory repair.
